Evan Unger

Evan Unger has held executive level positions in both the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries driving change initiatives primarily in service, manufacturing, sales and marketing operations. He has worked with clients ranging from small, entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 100 companies. During his career, Evan has been privileged to work cross-culturally with clients in Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, France, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom as well as many other countries.

Evan served in several key positions for Merck & Co., one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Most recently, Evan served as Vice-President of Leadership, Change & Development and as an organization development consultant for Centura Health, Colorado’s largest healthcare delivery system (14,000 employees – $2 billion in revenues).

His specialty is the systemic transformation and alignment of business strategy, organization culture and infrastructure to deliver breakthrough business results. Evan’s expertise includes strategy execution integrated with leadership development (“action learning”), culture transformation, business process redesign, team development & facilitation, executive coaching, change strategy development & implementation and performance management.

Evan received his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and his B.S. in Psychology/Economics from Duke University. Evan has had the opportunity to learn about organizational change directly from Peter Senge (author of The Fifth Discipline) and Noel Tichy (co-author of Control Your Destiny or Someone Else Will) among others while applying their teachings to real business problems.
